“During the winter of 2009-2010, we experienced some very large ice dams on the north and south sides of our house with water leaking into the top framework of a large bay window. This had happened several times in the past and we decided that not only did the bay window need to be replaced, but something should also be done to address the ice dam problem. We contacted Craig at True North Remodeling during the summer of 2010 and he and his crew came up with a plan which involved installing additional insulation, redesigning the vent system under the eves, new gutters, and replacing the large bay window.
The work was completed in a timely manner and Craig and his crew were courteous and competent. The winter of 2010-2011 was even worse for ice dam formation but we could definitely see a big difference on both sides of the house with relatively small ice dams and icicles and of course NO LEAKS. We would definitely recommend True North and plan to use them again for any further remodeling projects.”
